Receive Booking & Invoice Immediately
As soon as you place your booking, your booking request is created and an official, itemized invoice is generated. You can access and download your invoice at any time directly from your My Bookings portal.
Sitter Acceptance & Direct Communication
Your assigned sitter reviews and accepts the booking. Once matched, you can immediately begin communicating directly within the platform. Send messages, ask questions, and share photos anytime.
In-Person Meet & Greet
Before any pet sitting begins, you and your sitter hold an in-person Meet & Greet. This ensures your pets feel completely comfortable in their home territory and allows you to walk through keys, alarms, and emergency details.
Contractual Care Instructions & Notes
During or after the Meet & Greet, detailed care notes are saved to your booking — covering feeding amounts, medication schedules, vet details, document locations, and house rules. Clients can review and update these notes anytime.
Peace of Mind with Regular Updates
During your booking, receive regular photo updates and messages from your sitter. Once the sitting is finished, the booking is marked complete and recorded safely in your history.
